What Navarre does to a window
Navarre runs along Santa Rosa Sound on the mainland side of Highway 98, with Navarre Beach out on the island across the causeway and East Bay to the north. The sound-front homes along Navarre Parkway and the Gulf-front and sound-front houses on Navarre Beach pick up salt film the same way Pensacola Beach does, within a few weeks of a clean. Back from the water the salt drops off quickly, and most of Navarre is pine flatwoods, which is where the real work is. On a still summer evening the haze on a sound-front slider is easy to miss until the sun gets low over the water.
Holley by the Sea is the biggest neighborhood in town, and it was cut out of longleaf pine and sand oak, so every March and April the pollen comes down thick enough to turn the glass, the screens and the porch furniture yellow. Hidden Creek backs onto the golf course, and the sprinklers there and across most of Holley by the Sea run on well water that leaves a line of hard mineral spots along the lower panes. The shade under the pines keeps north-facing glass and lanai screens damp enough for mildew in spring and fall, and along the East Bay waterfront in Holley the bay humidity makes that worse.

In most cases, yes. Mineral spots from irrigation overspray need a dedicated treatment rather than regular cleaning. Tell us about them on the quote form and we will look at them on the first visit.
